What are your cancellation and modification policies?
We have 2 rate plans: the prepaid non-refundable plan, which requires payment upon confirmation via bank transfer and does not offer a refund but allows the amount to be used for a future stay in case of cancellation. The other option requires a credit card guarantee and is cancellable free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
Is it possible to book a room without a credit card?
In some cases, it is possible to book without a credit card via bank transfer or without any guarantee by setting a time limit.

Children up to 3 years old stay for free in a crib or in the parents’ bed.

We do not have a garage or private parking. You can stop briefly in front of the entrance for loading and unloading luggage. Within the blue lines, you can park for free for a few minutes by retrieving a courtesy ticket from the nearest meter. Here, you can also pay for parking or purchase a daily subscription (€0.50 to €2 per hour and €5 to €10 per day depending on the period) with cash or credit cards, and receive instructions on using modern apps. Ask the reception for a discounted ticket: the license plate number is enough! Behind us, numerous side streets of Viale Colombo and its connections allow for free parking.
