Our historical restaurant has a completely new staff with a decade of experiecence. We mostly use local ingredents and we serve typical Versilia dishes such as the “tordello camaiorese” and the “Trabaccolara” viareggina. The orecchiette pasta are a tribute to the heritage of our chef Vito and a reinterpretation of the typical dishes of Italian cuisine: all of this to start a new adventure and a new summer season together.
We have a selection of Tuscan wine, most of them come from the Lucchesia area and we also have a selection of inevitable classics from northern Italy.
We chose one of the most famous mineral waters in the world for our clients, it comes from our territory and gushes from our mountains.
